Since I had to prove to myself just how versatile this new blazer is, I wore it twice this week! Here’s a completely different outfit from yesterday with the same exact blazer, no fooling. Not only can a blazer like this be worn casually with jeans and flat boots, but it can go a little dressy with a pencil skirt and ankle boots with some lift to them.
TRICK: To make your legs appear longer when wearing a frame-shortening long blazer or cardigan like this, try tucking a top into a high-waisted skirt! You will emphasize your waist, and will visually elongate lower half of you. You can maximize this effect by pairing the same color tights and shoes–like my black on black combo here. Try it!

Laurel – you look amazing in this!! Great job.
This looks awesome. I really love your leopard print skirt with that cool blazer. The color of your top is really pretty too.
Super cute!
That blazer is fabulous…love the draping! I agree, a blazer can be such a versatile wardrobe staple!
