Alright, I wont feel guilty about buying this deeply discounted dress, and here’s why: It’s perfect. I mean, it’s weird. Just look at it. It’s kind of 80’s and kind of…60’s? It’s very lightweight, light-washed denim. And look at the arm-holes. They are roomy enough to keep me feeling cool and breezy, even when it’s 90 degrees. I am sort of a connoisseur of tops that hide/prevent sweating because (as long as it’s full disclosure week around here) not only do I have a collection of spider veins on my legs, I also drink a lot of coffee and am a human being, which means I sweat. This dress is great because even if you get a little sweaty, the holes are wide and loose-fitting, so there’s no clingy fabric just waiting to make you feel uncomfortable and slightly embarrassed like those old Secret commercials where the ladies didn’t want to cheer at the hockey games and stuff.
Other dresses that hide sweat marks (sleeveless or no) tend to be navy, have a pale base with busy patterns or stripes, or are cream/yellow. But don’t quote me on that because fabrics come into play as well. These are just some things I picked up during my time as a human. Expect more tips along these lines as I collect them.

Great find! Yes, it’s very 80s but in a cool way. Heck yes, you need to keep those sweat marks away and wide armholes are great! It gets too hot in Texas to mess with sweatin’ everywhere!
