It’s spring here in Austin and that basically means I reserve the right to start dressing with a nautical theme. It’s simple to master: just take some stripes and some red, white, and navy and show a little arm or a little leg. Summery sailor girl! To keep things from veering too far towards the costume-arena, just add some accessories in a different color. I did a belt here, but could easily do a bright colored bag or switch out the shoes for a different hue. There’s just something about the sunshine that makes me yearn for sea-themed outfits…
