I thought I would post a little about what I learned, having just completed the 30 for 30 challenge for the first time. In perfect harmony with my decision I have these pictures of me squinting. I might be reflecting really hard, or the sun’s reflection might be in my eyes.
The challenge to only wear the same items from my closet for 30 days, making a new outfit each day, was really good for me, because I can err towards the jeans and a t-shirt standby maybe a little too often. By picking only two very different pairs of jeans (and one normal t-shirt), I wasn’t allowed to fall back on this kind of combo. I found that I wore skirts a whole lot more, and I felt like I was actually more put-together than normal. I realized the true versatility of my favorite chartreuse silk skirt! I felt comfortable wearing dressier outfits, probably because I wore them with comfortable, more masculine-styled shoes and cardigans.
All in all, I don’t really think I will need to do this challenge again, but I am really glad I took part in it this time. I already feel like I can show my clients more options with fewer items now, and will try to be more creative with what I have in the future. But I went straight back to the jeans and t-shirt, didn’t I?
These jeans really made me want to strike some sort of a coquettish pose:

Awesome jeans! Love the cut/fit. The 30×30 sounds very challenging. Not so sure I'm up for it just yet, but I have enjoyed watching lots of other bloggers participate. Congrats again for completing it!
Well we do have our favorites, and no matter how comfy skirts are, there is just something that is so safe with jeans. I mean, you can pair anything with them, and they work.
sunshine yellow and blue are so good together.
