Sometimes I end up wearing many many colors at once, and I look down and sort of giggle all day long. Yesterday was one of those days, and I really did need a giggle or two. I found these sandals squirreled away in the back of my closet, purchased for a wedding and forgotten about, but now platform shoes are back with a vengeance and I am pleasantly surprised by how comfy they are. Wearing white on my feet was the perfect way to keep the whole look light and balanced.
Moral of the story: make yourself feel giggly and new again by throwing on the color and digging through your forgotten possessions to see old things in a new light! I can help you do this with any of my styling services, by the way…

J.Crew! Sometimes their pants fit weirdly, but I’ve had luck with the cropped “matchstick” cut….

I love all these colors together! They really work! Sometimes I look down at my outfit and laugh too, though, so I totally understand. Great shoes too. They look nice and comfy.
