This week I was lucky enough to have not one, not two, but THREE clients who all were 100% behind the colors in the chartreuse and mustard family. They had fully embraced the color as a neutral, as adding it to any outfit made the outfit even better. Chartreuse goes shockingly well with so many other colors, it’s kind of crazy and insane. So, in honor of my three awesome clients, I am wearing my favorite skirt in the whole wide world with nothing other than plum and blue. The best part about having clients that get chartreuse, is that we could make some pretty daring and stylish outfits having that as a base…think chartreuse PLUS bird print, people…
Why not look for that one color that can breathe life into your otherwise slightly dull outfit? It might not be chartreuse for you, but it could be a warm peachy color or a cobalt blue. Try finding a cardigan in that color or a purse or shoe if you aren’t sure about it yet. It just might help pull you out of a winter doldrum or two.

Perfection! Chartreuse and and plum has to be one of my favorite color combos!
So is chartreuse is in now? because i’ve been searching for something – anything – in that color for nearly six months and have been coming up empty handed.
this color combo is fabulous though, and i’ll have to keep it in mind if i’m ever able to add some chartreuse to my closet.
I’ve been wearing so much more color lately and pairing patterns/colors I wouldn’t normally think to put together and LOVING it! You look great!
I love how you style your chartreuse as a neutral…looks so great with the darker cardi! I like to think of purple as a neutral!
Cannot NOT love that skirt!
