Whew! Yesterday was all about mime-recovery, meaning I washed my face a lot. Man, those actual working mimes must spend a fortune in spa fees for unclogging their pores! I have been studiously following my aesthetician’s advice for a about a month and a half, but now I feel like I just slipped back a month after my greasy-faced night. Ah well. Twas worth it!

I wore this get-up yesterday and had a great time wearing this maxi-dress, which is not like anything I’ve worn before. It’s so comfortable, yet the cut of it makes me feel a little dressy, and despite it’s length I feel like it’s still flattering (i.e. doesn’t make me feel stubby). It was perfect for the stoop-sitting I did all last evening while handing out candy to trick-or-treaters.
