I’m not ashamed of having seen every episode of My So-Called Life at least 4 to 5 times. Since it’s been streaming on Netflix I’ve been re-watching the trials and tribulations of Angela, Jordan, and of course my fave, Brian Krakow.
What I loved about that show back in the 90s was that the wardrobe was super accurate. There was nothing designer, that cool, or at all unrealistic. They even repeated outfits, and had Angela wearing that god-awful plaid dress over and over. I miss the familiarity of watching shows like this, so I did my best to reenact my own version of an Angela outfit. Nothing very spectacular or all that flattering, but 100% comfortable and real!
