Last week I did a little presentation about how to add personality to the work wardrobe by spicing up your jeans and t-shirts. Lots of working ladies here in Austin are allowed to be very casual when they go to work, but it’s easy to get bored and to feel like everyone’s looking at you funny if you are too dressed up.

My solution: add a fitted blazer and statement necklace to your tee and jeans! Nothing says pulled-together quite like the blazer does, and jewelry is a super easy way to express your personality because there’s just so many options out there.
