Value Sky Park Again!

Target Skirt with Old Navy Tank Dressy on a Budget

It’s been a while since I visited the old airport parking lot here in Austin. I love the signs and how the color still remains cheerful despite the desolate, decrepit old lot it promotes. The cameraman and I were driving by the other day after an ill-fated visit to see someone’s goats (don’t ask) and decided to shoot some outfit photos here.

I have only a few summer skirts that I really love to wear, and this one has been a trusty companion for several summers. It’s hard to find a printed skirt that works with just about any top, and the fact that it’s black and white and just falls so nicely is what really does it for me. And I’m just gonna go ahead and admit that I’m a huge fan of anything tie-dyed (within reason). Go Thakoon for Target!

In case you missed it, I did a guest post for Kate and Divergent Musings yesterday. Check it out! And if any of you Austinites are interested in a little spring closet rehab, please contact me. We’re running a seasonal special on services right now and rates start at $65!

Ahh yes, the old airport…interesting that nothing has yet moved out that way. (except for goats but is that’s not really a surprise for Austin.)

Can you please tell me about the goats privately?
And I love how the skirt poofs out in the second photo.

I am just watching a spy film so going to see some goats sounds even more mysterious to me right now. 😉

I should have gotten you to go skirt shopping with me last month. I gave up looking for skirts. I’m hoping to start sewing my new skirts this weekend. I have a sinus infection right now, but I hope I feel better so I can sew.

Cuuuute skirt! I saw that at my local Target, it was SO hard to resist! Can’t believe your little dog chewed a hole in your TOMS!! My dogs have done that before to other shoes and it drives me crazy!

Fantastic skirt! Speaking of goats, my hubby still wants to get Pygmy goats.

Super cute! I need to go scope out some of the other amazing, decrepit spots in Austin for photoshoots.
