The Beginning of Something

The fall, perhaps? It’s so beautiful this week, it’s been so hard to get stressed out about anything! Life has been doing it’s best to make me anxious, but the sunshine wont let it. And the wine doesn’t hurt, either…As promised, here are some outfits! I wore this top one today. I was thinking of doing a head to toe Old Navy look in honor of the Well Styled blog post I’m trying to write, but just like writing the blog post, I couldn’t quite do it today…I’m not usually a white button down type of girl, but this long tunic-style shirt appealed to me. It had those sill strings that go under the boobs and tie in the back, and I had to cut them off, but with a belt, viola! Not bad for work.

Pants: Madewell

Yesterday was also cool, and I got to bring out my trusty boots that are enjoying their third season on my feet, and still looking good, I might add. I can’t wait to wear my new tights with them….

Skirt: thrifted, Savers

And in case anyone is interested, I have made a few head shots available (because I can’t figure out how to post the actual images)

Laurel, I love your outfit with the shirt from Old Navy! My body loves long shirts. Is it a recent find? Same question to the belt, too… Great choice on the shoes. Love the pop of color.

Thanks, Nat! I just got the Old Navy shirt this past week, so I bet you could still get your hands on one. The belt is called "The Sash" I think, at American Apparel. They are on sale for $8 online now!
