It’s been a while since I wore this dress and talked about how excited I was to wear it with tights, boots, and a cardigan. Like MONTHS. But hey, it’s been a busy few months and I haven’t had time to wear tights! Naw, for real though, this combo has all the things I like–pleats, mustard yellow, dots, and the comfiest boots I try to replace but cannot.
